For the Zurich-based civil engineers at WaltGalmarini AG, we developed a customized software solution for construction cost accounting and planning – perfectly tailored to the requirements of complex construction projects.

Since WaltGalmarini regularly undertakes large and technically demanding projects, the goal was clear: a solution that combines precise calculation, ease of use, and maximum transparency.

With the new application, construction segments and elements can be intuitively selected, combined, and reconfigured with a single click – for precise planning right from the concept phase. Construction projects can be flexibly divided into sub-projects and different versions to easily compare scenarios.

A comprehensive database with project data from the last 20 years, as well as an integrated catalog based on BKP, eBKP, and NPK, forms the basis for precise calculations. Thanks to extensive evaluation functions, versions can be analyzed, costs compared, and project data transferred directly to client management.

The solution was developed in close collaboration with WaltGalmarini – precisely tailored to their individual processes and needs.

For the Zurich School Holiday Foundation, we were able to comprehensively modernize a historically grown database landscape with minimal time and cost – efficiently, securely, and with a focus on the future.

Several individual systems were consolidated into a central, high-performance solution. At the same time, we completely overhauled the security concept and implemented a modern layout to match the new corporate design.

In addition to traditional participant management, the foundation now benefits from intelligent camp leader management and an integrated billing system. Incoming registrations are automatically imported from emails – all information about holiday camps and participants is now securely and clearly summarized in a central database.

The result: time savings, improved overview, and a significantly more efficient workflow – all without the tedious task of searching for information.

The application connects business units and departments, enabling precise, data-driven planning of employee resources – flexible, transparent, and future-proof. With switchable views across weeks, months, and quarters, the solution provides a clear overview of the next ten years at any time. Automated target/actual analyses help project managers identify opportunities early and proactively allocate resources.

Planning, calculating, and invoicing – all within a sophisticated and comprehensive software solution developed specifically for our client's needs. More than 100 users at 7 locations work with the system daily – seamlessly connected and always up to date.

The application integrates all processes of modern construction project management: project planning, budgeting, performance invoicing, and resource management are seamlessly integrated, enabling precise and agile project management. All relevant information is available to all employees on a daily basis, allowing for quick and informed responses to changes in the project's progress.

Services rendered can be automatically invoiced according to phases, fixed prices, or actual construction costs – simply, transparently, and with audit-proof documentation.

But the solution goes far beyond traditional construction software: a fully integrated HR management system maps the entire employee lifecycle – from applications and performance reviews to development goals and resource planning. In addition, cross-team task planning and comprehensive cash flow management – ​​from invoices and external costs to payments – ensure a holistic overview across the entire company.

The software has been developed in collaboration with the client for over 10 years and is continuously adapted to new needs. The result is a customized, multilingual, and comprehensive solution that is unique in the market – because it is precisely tailored to the company's processes, structures, and mindset.
